Cinnamon Powder is derived from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum tree and boasts a warm, sweet flavour with hints of spice, commonly used to add depth and aroma to both savoury and sweet dishes, plus beverages and desserts. Our cinnamon powder is ground super fine so it has a creamy texture making it easier to incorporate.
